Newborn

I am holding the day
in the cradle of my arm,
watching it smile and giggle
with the trust of a newborn.

:-) Such nice imagery. I touched upon this the other day in a comment, of how not only do you seem to possess a remarkable ability of saying something not only in the clearest of ways but in the most imaginative, but that you also have a way of showing what has been seen, or heard, or is known in a way that makes it seem like the first time, as though through the filters of your mind, it is polished, gold-plated, and for the mother of all clichés, :), the diamond cut. A new dawn, an empty canvas, 1440 minutes to be filled, your lovely words here remind of the unlimited possibilities that a new day can bring and though it doesn't always seem that way, we have more influence upon how we look back upon it as it draws to a close in preparation of the next, than we realize much of the time. I absolutely love the way in which you have used a newborn to convey these sentiments, in reference to the above, communication of these thoughts could hardly be more proficient, more touching or more beautiful. Wonderfully done.

Don't newborns have the most adorable smiles ?

Annie, they have nothing on you. :-)

Innocence gives most beautiful of the smiles!
The most beautiful smile gives confidence!!!

In all circumstances, your words remain present, that it is in the smile or in the tears… You are a example, Trée!

Pierre, they put the locks on the doors today. All is finished, all is done. In this light, your kind words are most appreciated. Thank you.

It's the end of a torture… but it's also perhaps the beginning of another! I am saddened by this news and I miss the words. I am simply with you and I can to only offer my listening you, my sympathy, and open my heart to you.

Pierre, sometimes listening is all that is required. And this would be one of those times. :-D

Then do not hesitate Trée!

Or come in my gallery, choose a image, listen the music and let you transport, make the vacuum in the spirit during a few moments.;)

Pierre, the company officially moved to Chapter 7 yesterday, which means liquidation. A sad day. Thanks for listening. Not much in the mood to chat or visit or do much of anything else at the moment. This too shall pass and I too shall be back to my normal self--hopefully sooner rather than later. Thanks again for checking in on me and your concern. Very much appreciated. Take care.
