4. Scottish Fireflies

Rygel's relatives populated the island with exotic wildlife from their homeworld. Nocturnal creatures, they filled the island with scottish fireflies, which produce ten times the light of regular lightning bugs. Much like pets, each Hynerian owns several fireflies that produce their light on command, following their owners wherever they go.

These little guys can change colors as a means of communicating. Green light means the path is safe; blue indicates drinkable water just ahead; purple warns that an amorous female is nearby; and orange light is warning of danger.

Wow Tree, the fluorescent green is so enticing.

It is so electrifying

And wicked ;-)

Your creations are so beautiful Tree, just like you.

anu, don't stare too long at the belly of these exotic fireflys. I didn't tell you their light creates an intoxicating effect in humans. Each 30 seconds of staring is the equivilent of one six ounce glass of wine. :-)

Thanks again for offering to me such sweet words. Much appreciated my friend. How was your day?

anu, your profile doesn't show a blog. If you are so inclined I would love to have the url so I might visit.

I shall check it out, why my profile does not show a blog. Thanks for letting me know Tree.

My url is http://www.anustory.blogspot.com/

It will be my pleasure Tree :)

I am a crazy girl and i am very honest and raw in my blog. I hope you are not offended by anything i have written in it.

anu, not offended in the least. I love your ability to express yourself without inhibitions. I think if you check your settings, you probably have your blog hidden from your profile. Click on your name in this comment section and you will see there is no blog listed. I'm assuming you'd like to have people come and visit your site and interact with you there.

Oh, and thanks for those very nice words on your blog. I was more than happy to send the hug your way. :-)

George, I've been suspicious for quite some time that mother nature has been looking over my shoulder.

anu, if I remember correctly, once you have a proper picture you need to reduce the size according to blogger quidelines. Then you need to store the pic on a server (image shack is good and free--it's what I use). From there, just upload the pic from that location within the blogger dashboard.

Thanks Tree :)
