Work-related trip - well, that just sounds plain exciting to me (given I've never been to Phoenix:). Ok, well, if I don't speak to you before then, have a good trip and a safe journey!
Thanks A. I'll be back Wednesday afternoon. Not sure how much time I will have to blog so you might not see much activity here as usual. Thanks for the well wishes. :-)
A, hopefully I won't be totally absent, but during the day I'll be in meetings and at night, not sure, but could be invited to dinners, which would limit the amount of time I'll be able to be online. We'll see. Thanks for such warm words. Very nice to hear that one would be missed. :-)
I just do not know how you get these amazing images. I've tried all day to separate one into three. No luck for me. Ah well...practice practice practice.
This is fantastic. I love the mini-me. I hope you two spend wonderful time together.
I will miss you while you're off to Phoenix but I know you go for good reason and you will touch lives. Have a safe trip.
Thanks Aggie. Hopefully I'll find some time each day to post something or at least say hi. Your very kind words are deeply appreciated. I find that once I have a flame that shows potential I do two things. First, I play with the mutation window and the slider bar and second, I find the main triangle that controls the central image and I play with it to see to what extent I can control the image and shape it to my desires. The third thing is to play with the gradients. Different gradients will make the image appear very, very different. Lots of playing around with those three tools can produce some very interesting fractals. Keep playing and keep having fun. :-)

Always something completely different. Very creative.
Thanks Beard. I'm trying not to fall into a rut of doing very similar looking images. Run a few miles for me today. :-)

Shall miss you, your fractals/posts and all the giggles - dream up plenty of ideas whilst you are away, will be in dire need of a fix by Wednesday ;-)

What a perfect image to show a big energy with his little energy, and the even littler future energy he will pass on...
