For Jack, I call this "Alien Mug Shot." :-)

Dude, that is one ugly alien. He looks like a mutant Cowardly Lion from the Wizard of Oz. I think Earth has nothing to fear. *hope so*.

Of course if this is a mug shot it might account for his melancholy expression.

No really, Tree, this is beautiful. Thanks. It really looks like an Alien Mug Shot. It takes me forever to get things half as good. You must have some hidden trick.

Jack, this is one of the few images that I took to photoshop and did some post image processing to get the faded watercolorish ink and pen sorta look.

If you are not already doing this, click on options, and then options again. When the options message box appears click on the random tab and play with the forced symmetry settings. I believe I used a bilateral setting to get this image and the one below would have probably been a rotational setting. Just keep playing with all the settings. Every little change does something interesting. Just keep having fun. Besides, I think you've done some great images.

It looks like....... the stickery but beautiful flower of the artichoke. You really got some defining details into this one. Very interesting.

And here I thought it looked like two hummingbirds dancing in the air!

Terry, this image owes it's dreamy sorta look to photoshop. I wanted the blend the hard edges to give the image a softer faded look, like a pencil drawing someone had cried on.

Artichoke flower. Mmm, never seen one of those before. I need to Google image that now. :-)

Trée said...

Ciera, it does look like that now that you mention it. Thanks for sharing your view and good to see you stop in again. :-)

Anonymous said...

beautiful, I really like the watermark effects (and yes it does look like the flower of an artichoke :0)

better and better :0)

Trée said...

Ok, I looked at some images of artichoke flowers and I think you guys have lost your minds. Too much work and too little play. I suggest ya'll jump on Terry's hog, come over here, boots only, and let me work you both back into your right minds. :-)

Vroom Vroom -she's in the garage warming up. Sorry though... I never ride without ALL my leather -Tracey don't forget your chaps.

Anonymous said...

Terry you read my mind LOL, its a bit nippy in the midwest right now, gotta have my leathers on :0)

oh and it does too :0) I believe I may even have a pic from the last time I was at our botanical gardens to back that up LOL

Trée said...

Think you girls can be here by halftime? I've got cowboy hats for all of us. Trace, your's is red. :-)

Anonymous said...

Make mine black. Yee haw.

Anonymous said...

Trace, your's is red

ROFL ;0)

Anonymous said...

I can sorta see the srtichoke flower...but I still say it looks like hummingbirds dancing more.

Anonymous said...

Looks like a thistle to me.

Anonymous said...

Artichokes are thistles.

Trée said...

Terry, I came this close to saying your's was black. No shite. Got any whips to go with that leather? If you look in my archives you'll see what I'm takin bout. ;-)

Trée said...

Trace, just thinking of ya. :-) You can bring the white blouse if you like.

Trée said...

Ciera, and beautiful hummingbirds they are too. I really do see them. Maybe Jack would say alien hummingbirds, but hummingbirds none the less. :-)

:0)

might as well bring the plaid, its red plaid so it will go well with the hat LOL

Terry, I didn't know an artichoke was in the thistle family (I'm thinking my botany instructor would be very disappointed with me LOL)

Trée said...

Careful Beard, these women are riding hogs and wearing leather. Yet to be determined if they got whips or not but apparently they be packing plaid. :-)

LMAO :0) that one was a definite water alert LOL

Anonymous said...

With all this talk about leather and whips, I wasn't sure what we were talking about anymore! LOL!

Anonymous said...

I remember that outfit well. Wish I owned it - it was just what we gals all need in our leathers closet.... Too drafty for riding tho... LOL

Tracey, I don't own any plaid. Guess I missed that stage. How does it look with JD boots?

Trée said...

Ciera, welcome to the blog of imagination. The comments here, like the images, can be interpreted in several ways. Pull up a chair and make yourself at home. We like to have a little fun around here. :-)

Anonymous said...

I'm sure Trée would love it LOL

Anonymous said...

Won't deny that it's fun here!

But...my time at the puter is through for now...the librarian only let's us have it for an hour at a time...and any second now he's gonna call my name.

See ya all later!

Trée said...

Terry, just bring those sunglasses you were wearing in that photo. We'll overlook the plaid this time.

Trée said...

Ciera, thanks for stopping by and hope to see you around again soon. Take care.

Later Tree!

uhm...how do y'all get it to put the little accent mark above the 'e'?

Trée said...

Trace, how do you get the special e within these comments? I use alt 130 on my keyboard, but find it doesn't work within blogger comments.

Anonymous said...

LOL the same way I always do it since I could never figure out how the heck to do it with the keyboard :0)

cut and paste baby, cut and paste :0)

Anonymous said...

or in this case copy and paste :0)

Trée said...

You say that with such verve. Say it again, just the "baby" part, forget all that cut and paste stuff. lol

Anonymous said...

ok baby, anything you want :0)

kinda like that LOL

Anonymous said...

HA HA HA, Tracey, I was waiting for the big secret! I just cut and paste too, LOL. Trée makes us all take that special extra step each post :-)

Trée said...

Blame my mother for this one. I prefer babe, hon, darlin, and a few I can't mention here. Take your pick. ;-) Or just cut and paste. lol

Anonymous said...

i like. how was your weekend, darlin'?

Anonymous said...

babe, hon, darlin :0)

I tend to use babe and darlin more than hon, hon makes me think of every southern waitress I have ever dealt with LOL :0)

hmmmm bet I could think of a few more :0)

Trée said...

Trace, you're forgetting all those southern waitresses wear uniforms very, very similar to what nurses use to wear. Now, bettcha you weren't thinking of that now were you--LMAO.

So you see, hon is very dear to me :-)

Trée said...

Hi sweet baby k. How is my BBB!

Anonymous said...

yeah but I'm a midwest girl, and always used darlin with my patients as in

"darlin relax.....this won't hurt a bit"

:0)

Anonymous said...

what a lovely quote :-)

Actually, I think it looks like rows of ladies legs, take a look! ;-)

Whatever was your mind on when you did this, Hmmmmm? ;-)

Trée said...

Well, that works too.

Trée said...

Well, Leigh, when you put it that way, it's probably a good thing I didn't do this one in pinks and reds. LMAO

Now as far as what was on my mind, if you have to ask . . . ;-)

Anonymous said...

hmmmm...well this may sound bizarre but it looks like a psychedelic Iris...thats what I saw as soon as I looked at it. I'm starting to feel like when the "Drs" make people look at those inkplots they hold up and say "what do you see"?..is Rhiannon insane because she saw an Iris?...ooooh hope not..uh oh their coming after me with a straight jacket now gotta run!..lol..;o)

Blessings,
Rhi

Trée said...

Evening Rhi. In the spirit of the night, hon, darlin, sweetie, babe, if you see an iris I ain't gonna argue with you. Being disagreeable ain't never got me no lovin' so I ain't about to start now. lol

Hope you are having a good evening darlin. :-)

Anonymous said...

your bbb is just fantastic. been missin you, tho!

how is ya?

Trée said...

Been missing you too. Gets kinda lonely waiting at the kitchen table everyday for lunch and having to eat all alone. No worries, I'm a patient man. :-)

Anonymous said...

i'm so sorry. would you like a bowl of ice cream?

Trée said...

Blue Bell Chocolate Covered Cherry special edition please.

Anonymous said...

Oh honey, I don't have that but I do have...Pumpkin and Neapolitan from Braum's...or I could run to the store and get what you want. Oh wait, I got what you really want right here...lol.

Trée said...

k, no reason to go anywhere sweetie.

Extensión justa esas piernas dulces para mí bebé. :-)

Anonymous said...

¡Tu sabes que haré algo para ti! ¿Estará en el AOL-IM posterior? Tengo que ir para un tiempo corto. No debe tomar mucho tiempo.

Trée said...

Le veré un bebé más último de la esta noche entonces. Traiga sus cargadores. :-)

Anonymous said...

Llevaré algo bonito para tus ojos. O, llevaré nada para tus ojos. :o) See you in a little while!

Trée said...

Not sure what you just said k, but it sure does sound sexy. :-)

Anonymous said...

Trée said...

Sweet! :-)

Anonymous said...

Keshi.

Trée said...

Keshi, you are more than welcome babe. :-)

Anonymous said...

Sweetie (the only T.o.E. I use, and only for people I really like;), this is yet another wonderful fractal.

Anonymous said...

Well, or variations of the same, sweetheart, sweetness

Trée said...

Sunshine, I accept your precious gift of sweetness with the love and care it was delivered. May the blessing of a beautiful day, inside and out, be bestowed upon you my child. :-)
