my new old fav song... I'm just hanging out-still on Pacific Time in an eastern world... but just heard this on the iPod and played it twice... then I heard the song that follows... perfect!!!!

It’s at times like these the great heaven knows That we wish we had not so many clothes So let’s loosen up with a playful tease Like all lovers did through the centuries
We’re just following ancient history If I strip for you will you strip for me? We’re just following ancient history If I strip for you will you strip for me? Uh-huh-huh
When it gets so hot the end of the day You may find your clothes getting in the way If a pretty dress hides your true desire Fold it nice and slow, throw it on the fire
We don’t need to see what the butler saw Or a mirrored room with a mirrored floor All those sneaky looks gazing down on you Are no substitute for our rendezvous
If you think it’s cheap or a bit risque Please don’t say a word I’ll just slip away I am not a man who believes in lies Like an octopus with big x-ray eyes
Don’t freeze up girl, you’re looking quite a sight Be generous, I want it all tonight
A, glad to hear you are feeling better. Those rare Brazilian rainforest tribal oils truly are magical. I wish I could take all the credit, but sometimes it's the oil and not the hands. :-)
Very Very nice. Subtle. Looks like me sleeping. And you quoted Henry David Thoreau. Man....just man! I used to have his "I went into the woods..." as an intro for my blog. Lisa (JavaJazz) is right...you have a beautiful soul!
Thanks for those kind words Holly. Tell Lisa to stop by and say hello. Anyone who is of the opinion that I have a beautiful soul needs to hang out here. :-)
Lisa will take some work...but once she does start commenting..watch out! You will learn so much more from her than you could ever be prepared for. She is the new Philospher Queen. (I dub thee)
It looks like an eye. Oh, so pretty. Mergrl is right. Your fractals are just getting better. It's no longer just geometrical shapes, or just shapes, it's becoming pictures with themes, intent and content. Very nice Trée.
Melly, those are some very kind words. Now, I've got all this pressure on me to perform, to keep getting better. I'm starting to feel a sense of performance anxiety. ;-)
Hope your travels continue to educate, inform, relax and generally create a richness of experience to last a lifetime.
J, I misread your comment this morning. You seemed so happy and mentioned that Wilma had turned, I just assumed it had turned away from you. That's what I get for replying to comments before my second cup of coffee.
Here's hoping she doesn't regain strength. Hang tight brother. You and Livvy and Karen are in my thoughts and prayers.
Don't let the performance anxiety get the better of you, will you, am looking forward to the next installment in this inspriring series of Erec(..ahem!) I mean, Fractals.
A, the pressure is getting to me. I'm having to turn to drink for inspiration. I think it's starting to show in my work. Next fractal up in a bit, let me know if my imbibing shows. ;-)
Jack, excellent interpretation. I always love to read what you see. For those that haven't been to Jack's site, pay him a visit. He's been producing some mighty fine fractals too.
Garnet, I am so glad you are in survivorship and can be an example to others fighting this horrible disease. If I have brought you even a moment of joy with the fractals on my site, then the day was worth living.
I too love this quote and feel it has meaning far beyond what most are willing to see in his words. Too many of us sleep walk through life without ever even knowing we are not awake to the day.
Thanks for your very kind words. Much appreciated.
Thanks for the plug, Tree. But I blame you, I'm addicted to this thing now! Like my haikus I now feel obligated to make one a day - for my own benefit.
Jack, at least you can't say I didn't warn you. I thought I knew you well enough to know you'd be at high risk for apophysis addiction. Very familiar with the disease myself you know. :-)

this on is just beautiful Tree, (see I told you I would come back, hope you didn't get to cold while I was gone.)
your pics just keep getting better, this one is so calming, drawing you into the softness of the center, soothing blue to lull you into a dream.
Ok, I should really not be on the computer when I have a good buzz going.
So now I must go to sleep, I'm a bit more relaxed, and ready to face a new day
sweet dreams, until tomorrow
Sounds like you had a great time. Sweet dreams. :-)
Sunshine, how is the shoulder feeling this morning? Let me know if it needs some more work.
Thank you, you are a sweetie, but you did such a good job, it feels perfectly pliable this morning :-)
Very nice fractal!
Made me think of a specific scene in an Angela Carter book and I have no idea why - perhaps I'm still sleepy, lol.

Almost like a feather.
Wake up everyone! Neat-O... Nothing to worry about and everything to live for!

J, not sure what you put in your coffee this morning but I'll take a double. LMAO
I check on Wilma but I didn't really see a change in direction. What do you know that I don't?
Thanks Christa. I like the new colors on your blog. Very easy on the eyes.

Very nice Trée.
This one is soooo pretty...Very soothing.
Holly, I like the stuff she likes to read, based on her profile. I don't find many who read and enjoy Osho. That by itself makes her special.
Melly, those are some very kind words. Now, I've got all this pressure on me to perform, to keep getting better. I'm starting to feel a sense of performance anxiety. ;-)

Thanks k. I've been hoping you have had the kind of weekend you deserve. Hugs and kisses.

Here she comes... schools closed tomorrow, flights cancelled etc... watching for Tornados today... fun fun fun..

Hugs and kisses back, Trée...Has been a very rewarding weekend. I will have to brief you on it sometime. Thank you for thinking about me. :o)
BTW, I hope that your weekend is going well, too. Hope you are having a blast with your son (he's got such a sweet little face).
Ahh... I see...
Just in a great mood today-looking at the bright side of things. Tomorrow is a different day for sure-but for now its all good!
Don't let the performance anxiety get the better of you, will you, am looking forward to the next installment in this inspriring series of Erec(..ahem!) I mean, Fractals.
Hope you are having an super-duper Sunday!

k, can't wait for the update. :-)
Good weekend here.
This kind of looks like the cobwebs of my mind when I wake - at dawn.
Excellent picture.
Very liquid looking - reminds me of those bottles filled with oil and water that sort of ooze languidly about when you tip them. Nice.
Jack, excellent interpretation. I always love to read what you see. For those that haven't been to Jack's site, pay him a visit. He's been producing some mighty fine fractals too.
Hey Terry, good to see you again. I hope this one was a little more pleasant for you than the last. :-)
It does kinda have that languid look doesn't it.
This is a wonderful, healing world to visit. Magical. I'm here from Liz's site.
I love this quote from Thoreau. It winds on itself, reminding you to stay awake and present in this day always.
I had cancer in 1995, with major surgery and drugs clearing it up, with no recurrance. My mother and father have both battled it.
thank you for placing such a wonderful beacon of hope for everyne to see and support.
Garnet, I am so glad you are in survivorship and can be an example to others fighting this horrible disease. If I have brought you even a moment of joy with the fractals on my site, then the day was worth living.
