This software lets you do animations too. I did a short 4 second piece flying through this scence like you were on the head of a missle. Interesting to say the least. Have a great Sunday evening sweetie. Was the CD worth it?

Oopsie! Finally got my internet connection back and looks like I missed too much to be back in the loop of the story. But this latest fractal is simply amazing!! Which software did you use?
Saffron, Vue 5 Easel. This is 3D landscape software as opposed to the fractal stuff we've been using. Good to see you have your connection back. Thanks for the kind words.
I can see myself in an old convertibile, with the top down, the sun just set for the day and the wind in my hair as I cruise along empty highway in the middle of nowhere with Roy Orbison's "I Drove All Night" playing on the radio.
Thanks DJB. Lighting in this program makes or breaks the image. Just the change in lighting can turn a cartoon looking image to something photorealistic. And right now, lighting is kicking my rear. Of course, if I would read the manual that might help a bit. LMAO!

I can't put my finger on it, but this is one of my favorite images using Vue. Melly, I'm having a blast working with this program. I love the 3D environment and learning to work with objects and lighting. Very different from fractal work. So good to see you stopping by again. :-)
