Words
words, words, words
words, words, words
words, words, words
Words and Words
More words
and even more words
and words and words
like grains of sand words
like clouds in the sky words
like water off the cliff words
I've got words
Words upon words
lots of words
fancy words
little words
big words
compound words
changed words
Words on images
words on paper
words of others
words to smother
words looked for
words suggested
words applauded
words lauded
Then
words, words, words
words, words, words
words, words, words
Got the message?
Know what I’m talkin’ bout?
Really?
Not enough words?
Trust me.
I’ve got more words.
And I’ll be throwing them at you
as you walk out the door
and it won’t be my fault
because
you know
I had the words
No, really
I did
I mean
What else is there
Right?
So pray to your God
and I wish you luck
but just remember
when you have not a buck
I had the words

One day I will read the above and smile. Right now, it ain't frailing funny.
Wish I could hug you, hold you tight and if I did so long enough, perhaps there some of these emotions might be exhaled. What else can I say except that I listened to the words and I would give just about anything to be able to absorb more than just your voice.
Strictly for the writing it itself, this is a knock-out piece, style as was mentioned the other day and the variations therein, and this is forceful, loud, impacting, it is charged, gripping, riveting. Dramatic, dynamic, intense. There just aren't sufficient adjectives. All that and a bag of chips. (:-D) A pink diamond. Abso*lutely amazing piece of writing. If only it could have come from nowhere.
Sunshine, when someone spends two hours talking and all their words are wrong, misguided, delusional and they seem proud of themselves for having so many words, almost like a salesman, who, knowing he is losing the sale, or is afraid to close, keeps talking, keeps throwing more crap against the wall in the hope something will stick. When I am hungry, don't tell me what we could maybe possibly eat, bring me some food. :-D
:-) Makes me want to do some ear boxing just hearing this brief account, hats off for choosing this ring.
Actions speak louder than words, as they say, although if there was ever an exception to that rule, where words are as efficacious as actions it would be in you.
Those words, spoken, did in the end indirectly produce something of great value.
A flower emerges from the muck, or so I tell myself. ;-)
By the way, for the record, the second to last line is the "G" rated version. ;-)
