my evening was very good thanks for asking, spent some time with some very good friends, and then spent 15 minutes standing in the cold in my driveway staring in awe at the beautiful moon tonite, it was wonderful.
Liked the sepia version from Trebuchet so much I had to move it over here. I actually think I like this version better than the original color one below it. I'm tempted to put a grain on this one.
DJB, I can't make up my mind. The sepia image has more mood but the color image more wonder. Very nice thought on your blog for our friend. Godspeed to her today.
Definitely prefer the colored version - the perspective on the other seems a bit different. It reminded me of the fort in the Lord of the Rings movie. Very cool place.
Happy Valentine's Day to you, mr pink ribbon puppy :-)
Ahh, my little Maria. She's my baby and Mario's daughter.
Happy Valentine's Day to you too Terry. Thanks for the kind words. I thought it was a kinda cool looking place too. I can almost hear the water lapping on those rocks. No other sound in the air.
Well I'm slacking again on the critiques. ;) As for Highlands, I long to see from the castle side the waterfall that pours right in front of that building and into the moat. The amber dusk is just as magnificent as the vivid daylight colors.
As for your previous render...right in front, and just to the left of the ruins, is the tiny patch of shoreline wherein sits our little frog from afore. And he chirps into the peacefulness of that place. I love it.
Aggie, I just love your imagination. There are a few other things of yours I'd like to love but I'll settle for that magnificent imagination for now. Thank you dear sweet sexy woman for your incredibly kind and warm and wonderful comments. I do so love reading them. Over and over and over again. Hugs and kisses and a few more hugs. :-)

Thanks Trace. Just got off our Monday night conference call. Makes for a long day, but it does pay the bills. How was your evening?

The moon was quite incredible tonight. Skies here were clear and the moon on the horizon was just wonderful. Sounds like you had a wonderful evening.

they are both just stunning, don't know which one I like better, hmmmmm might just have to look at them both for a bit more before I decide :0)
I prefer the color, but you know how I am about color.
Another beautiful creation.
Gorgeous!! I like them both but the bluer water drew me in more. Just a preference. The other looks like a storm is heading in.
Happy Valentine's Day to you and Jack! *HUGS*
Good morning sweetheart, hope you have a great day
Happy VD :0)

Morning Tubey. VD day. Mmmm, never heard it quite that way before. LMAO.
Go get those jr tubey's. I'm sure they'll be all riled up on a day like today. Be gentle. :-D
This reminds me of a backdrop in the game with Laura Croft - Tomb Raider. It's got that feel to it. Wonderful as always :-)
Have a lovely day *hug*
Leigh, now that you mention it, this image does have that Laura Croft look to it. :-)
Happy Valentine's Day.
That is just spectacular, I hope no one else has already used this adjective. :)
You're the first bbb! Thank you dear for your kind words. Hope you are having a one-of-a-kind day. :-)
