Guardian Angel
This morning I count my blessings and remind myself to be grateful for so many that have helped me down the path, many of which I will never know the good deed they did on my behalf. Peace my friends.

Good Morning, this post reminds me of simple abundance. When I take the time to reflect, and count those blessings I realize that there is way more in my life to be thankful for and way more people I need to show gratitude towards. Blessing counting can be a very humbling experience. We all should take the time.....have a nice day - sounds like you've already started off in that direction.
Often being consciously aware in this manner can be the difference between contentment and discontentment. Does a person good to remember nothing is certain, to take nothing for granted, makes us appreciative, directs our focus where it is best placed - makes everything a whole lot easier. Wonderful post.
Meg, I agree completely. If a true accounting was done by an outside team, I believe almost all of us would find we are rich beyond our imaginations in blessings, most of which we probably take for granted and only think about when they are taken away. Always good to see you my friend.
Sunshine, that is so true. Simple awareness is so "simple" yet so overlooked one questions if it is really that simple to maintain a broad awareness of our situation.
I agree, if we can maintain perspective and awareness, I believe we will see the abundance of good in our lives and laugh at how many times minor fustration gets blown out of proportion in our minds and causes us to react in ways that does harm rather than good.
Its precisely when a person has been fortunate throughout life, that it is hard to have that larger perspective and not get caught up in the little things. Often enough, it seems to take real loss for many to realize fully where their priorities and thanks should lie.
Hope you are too :-)
Kyra, you sweet young thing, love and hugs to you and wishes for a beautiful Monday, x
Sunshine, that is so true. Those who have come closest to death seem to live this life the most. You said it best yourself a few weeks ago--Very little really matters--and our mind often confuses what little does matter with what is truly trivial.
Gratitude is a wonderful gift. And knowing that we wouldn't be where we are were it not for all those who have walked the path with us, a blessing indeed. Mas Paz..........
Ahha, a little Apo2.04 tucked in here, somebody been reading Tuts. or did you already know? I finally figured out one of the Tuts, and how to work it. Sorta. :)
So true Helen. Sometimes I forget that without others and their help, I wouldn't be where I am today. Interconnectedness--no separation and the concept of karma. These things I must meditate on. Peace to you to my friend.
Sunshine, I had this dream last night I was in the Olympics running the 100 meters in the number 5 spot. I have no idea what that means but it felt pretty cool. :-D
Chicky, if we are not careful it is so easy to focus on what doesn't work rather than on what does and that is a slippery slope to nowhere. Thanks for the kind words. :-)
x bunny, I cannot agree more. A few weeks ago my son, age 12, performed a drum solo in front of a single judge. He was so nervous I was afraid he was going to get sick. He had to start over two or three times. Yet the judge was so kind and so supportive and so encouraging. She was an angel, no doubt in my mind. And, she was so fricken hot too! When she smiled at me I just melted. I need more angels like that in my life. LMAO!

DJB, I still don't know what I'm doing with 2.04. This image was more luck than anything else. By the way, what's a tutorial? :-D

wow angelic post!
I just counted one more blessing in my life..it's called 'Tre'.
Keshi.
That's beautiful. Now I take a few moments to reflect on mine, instead of some of the negativity. Thanks Tree.
beautiful frac and wonderful sentiment, hope you have a great week (hugs)
Great graphic. Soft and soothing with perfect colours. Thanks for sharing!
Sweet dreams fracmeister. :-)
Good morning hon. (a day late, of course...so we'll just carry yesterday's blessings into today.)
Beautiful image. Calm and peaceful. Just right for counting blessings.
Have a wonderful, happy Tuesday.
Thank you sweet sexy woman. Sending many blessings your way Aggie this beautiful Tuesday morning. :-)

Jenni and Trace, thank you both for the kind words. :-)

Keshi, likewise, I have counted you as a blessing in mine for quite some time. :-)
The frac is gorgeous, it speaks angel and spiritualness. Our guardian angels truly are treasures. :-)
Karen, MS Mario has new house fever and I need all the guardian angels I can find. :-D
:-) Love running dreams. Did you win?
I woke up before the race started. I wonder what that means. :-)
You feel no need to prove yourself to anyone. :-)
nor do most of us realize how much good we do others with just the little positive things we do everyday

Personally, if I unknowingly did something that someone else appreciates I'd rather NOT know it. The best deeds are the ones left unsaid.
BTW, this picture is eerie. I have to turn my head because they eye keeps staring at me.
Treasure on earth or treasure in heaven. I suppose we can't have our cake and eat it too. :-)
How true...thank you
Kuan, glad you liked it. :-)
