Is this an old drawing or did she draw him from memory? Either way, she's done a great job. I like the fuzziness (well-known art term, believe you me) of the strokes, reminds me of something I saw just yesterday. Fuzziness gives the background a sense of boundlessness or perhaps that has something to do with imagining him with the ocean as a backdrop, sailing the seas with Em and her father. Moreover, that's a perfect name for a golden-coated dog. :-) (When we got ours, many years ago, I wanted to call him Sam, but my brother won out and we ended up with a dog called Hawke:)
Sweetest, this is one she did from memory after boarding Bravo. Fuzzy is more by haste than design, but all in the name of fun and relaxation. ;-)
You know, I almost put a few blood splatters on this one and some dialogue where Von is holding the picture and talking to Kyra about Em's condition after the "firefight" in the bay. Almost. :-D

Hey! Sam looks like this polka-dotta dog from a Japanese anime, but Sam has a prettier coat color :)
Lovely! :-)
