Now THAT is what I am talking about when I talk about Fall. Imagine a cilly morning with a a cup of coffee or cocoa a good book and a Woolie blanket. That's good stuff!

Michelle, you are making me tear up. As I posted on your site, Fall is my favorite time of the year.

Right now, Autumn is the only thing on my mind. You just have to love and cherish everything Autumn--no doubt. ;-)

Of all the seasons, this is my favourite and not for the obvious reason.
I love the colours, the auburns, crimsons, mustards etc. I like that after summer, there is a delicious coolness in the air.
Best thing about this season is the crackling leaves under foot - I still walk in a zig-zag down any given street, if necessary, to reach as many as possible.
Beautiful picture, appreciate it.

Just wanted you to know I was thinking of you and trying to honor my "no comment" position ;-)

Hugs and kisses from afar. :-)

What are you doing up this late! Get thee to bed ;-)

I did very much "appreciate it"(as said).

Hugs and kisses back at you.

Good night, sleep tight, and don't let the bed bugs bite.
:-) Sweet dreams.

I have to agree with everyone on this one, fall is my favorite season as well! If my computer hadn't crashed a few weeks ago, I would have some really beautiful photo's to post. Oh, well, just have to get some new ones this year.

fall is my favorite season (one of the reasons I like living in the midwest-we actually have all 4 seasons) the chill in the air, the leaves changing.....I just love it all

Mornin Sherri and Mergrl. When I moved to Tennessee twelve years ago from Louisiana I fell in love with having four evenly divided seasons. In south Louisiana you only have Hot, and not so Hot.

I moved here in the Fall of 1992. On the very first night I was able to put wood in the fireplace, something we had never done back home--heck, we didn't even have a fireplace and wouldn't have wanted one regardless--did I say it was either very hot or not quite so hot all year round? lol

The leaves were also turning that first year when I arrived. Such a wonderful memory and such a simple thing. The color of a leaf, the crackle and aroma of a wood fire. No amount of money can bring that kind of pleasure.

Sherri, I'm still smiling over that post heading--;-)

This photo literally took my breath away. I think you heard me gasp all the way up in Tennessee.

Fall cannot come soon enough. I have so many wonderful plans...once I can open the house up (and not smufficate from the heat).

This is my first visit to your site and I just had to comment on this photograph - it's gorgeous! And that you ride a bike is even better. Cycling rocks!

Have a nice day :-)

Trée said...

Leigh, cycling does rock--lol. Thanks for stopping by and hope to see you again. What kind of bike do you ride? I'm currently on a steel Bianchi with carbon rear tri.

So glad I could bring a smile to someone's face! :)

By the way, I was born in Tennessee. Very beautiful country.

Sherri, I've been here 12 years and love it. Beautiful place to ride on the backroads, which is where I do most of my riding. Where did you live in TN?

That's a beautiful, looks like home to me. Tre'e, I've enabled the pass word feature on blogger and no more "spam". I was getting tired of the #%@%^^.

Trée said...

Junny, glad to hear that it's working. I've been reluctant to enable it, but looks like I will have to for the same reasons. Thanks for the update.

Hey Tree, just took a tour around your
site ... well done bud'! Thought I'd
post here as next weekend I'm throwing the camper in the back of the truck to
head into the mountains camping.
I always save at least one week of holidays for fall camping and shots like that are why.;-)
The reds and the golds and the reds
and the browns and the reds ... sorry
distracted by a different picture there. LOL

Thanks for the invite here and a big
hello to all your other guests.

Enjoy the camping brother. Wish it was me. Autumn is my favorite time of the year for so many reasons. Thanks for the kind words about the site.

Don't be a stranger-I try and update the site everyday, so come back and visit.

Well Sherri, anytime you want to visit and need a place to stay just let me know. If fact, let me know about two weeks in advance so I can get the wifey's mind right--lol.

Still beautiful down here. Come see us--;-)

I can already see some of the leaves changing, fall is my favorite time of year.

That is a beautiful picture...absolutely awesome! Did you take that?

FYI..I ride a Raleigh Technium mountain bike. I just now responded to that on my own comments as well. I wish the email I get notifying me of comments would state which post it was on!

Kristi, cool bike. I use to ride just Mountain bikes until I broke them all in crashes. Since then I've been riding just on the road.

I know what you mean about email notification and which message.
