Yemanja, my interest in redheads is a recent development ;-) Let's just say I've been inspired by the color red--lol. Are you back home or still on vacation?
Warm colors. Beautiful tones. Subtle lighting. A very complex pose that works well with the contours of the backdrop. I agree with Jack, the camera angle definitely adds a depth to this one.
I like this one a great deal. It's oddly comfortable.
Agnes, I agree. The angle of the picture creates a certain Mona Lisa effect. I get an inviting sense, a sense of love falling into and out of the monitor, just for me. The photo has a strange sense of movement that I find seductive in a very elegant way. This one is my fav FNF so far.
WEll since catherine ryan snagged my usual comment for these FNF's I will ask...who are the women that you post? Do you photograph them yourself? The shots are amazing and oddly enough I was just telling a friend that this fall/winter I want to make brown my new black...(meaning I wear it all the time).
Strange that the photographer is unknown but the model is not. Sad for the artist, huh?
Yes...quite inspiring - hence my statement about this being a "complicated pose". My mother would have a fit. I, however, have long been drawn to rendering the female body...at every stage. I will save this one for the right time. I think I mean to draw a flower and a bird next. ;)
Agnes, the photograher placed the photo on a photo critique site. They leave a first name but no last name. Other photographers drop by and leave comments. The site has literally tens of thousands of photos and a lot of different categories. For the life of me, I cannot find this photo in the haystack to see if he left an email or not (sometimes they do and sometimes not). I'm still searching because curiousity has got me by the tail and won't let go. I'll post what I can, if I can find the dang pic--been looking for the last hour--it's a slow process.
After flipping through over 15,000 photos I found it--only took about 5 hours of searching.
Photographer's first name is Elena. Her last name might be Nikitka, but this site discourages photographers from using their real last name. She does not list any other info about who she is, so we know her just as nikitka/Elena.
She titled this photo: In a captivity of desires
She used a Canon 300D with 50mm len. Shot at 1/125th and f/3.5
A UV filter was used.
No other info provided. The FNF Preview, needless to say, is the same model shot by Elena.
She is sooooo worth the time it took to get my computer running again. Great selection Tre'e, but I'm stuck with the feeling I know her from somewhere...
Very nice, do you have a thing for redheads ;-) Oh by the way you referred me to this great website, and I seem to have lost the addy. Could you email that to me again? Thanks

That is very pretty.
I think it's the best FNF yet. Nice photography, beautiful pose, the red hair and brown background, plus the woman . . .well, just nice ;-)
She seems to be GLOWING! Its stunning! But then you always do good work!
BTW what is FNF?
Mama Mouse, FNF is my short-hand for "Friday Night Flirtation."
She does seem to be glowing--I need to look more closely--lol.
I had to turn my head to see if it was in the right direction. But the colors do go together well and the lady is fine.
Oh, my! Another redhead? Excellent choice Tree... As always... ;) Brown is indeed an excellent background... It is one of my favorite colors...

Agnes, might this one inspire more drawings perhaps? And what would your mother think of that--lol.
Jack, I'm with you brother.
Stunning ... :)
JC
JC, I couldn't have said it better myself.
Hey, how'd you get a picture of me?
;-) lol
Seriously, that is a gorgeous shot.
Catherine, I'd been waiting for you to post a pic of yourself and I lost patience so I posted my own redhead. ;-)
This is may favorite FNF, no doubt. Wish I could post all the pics I have of this woman--just stunningly gorgeous.

Michelle, you wouldn't respect me if I kissed and told. ;-) And neither would the women's pics I post--lol.
Boy, I feel like a reporter being asked to reveal his sources. ;-)
You know, with your new doo, Michelle, that pic could really have been you. :-)
This kind of brown is a very warm colour...
OK, I'm curious too about the photos, but only in as far as praising what I see. So, do I praise you, or some other photographer?
:-)
Chicky, praise goes elsewhere. Photographer is unknown.

Oh, and P.S.....three days ago I dyed my hair red. You're quite welcome. (snicker snicker)

Servus here-

servus, if you know her, I'm flying up to PA for a meeting. Maybe she is a real estate agent, someone you've met in one of your classes--lol.
