They take my breath away as I sit here in Siberia today! It's been awhile since you posted a photo. Very refreshing.

Today is a rather significant milestone. I am working out, and wanting to work out, for the first time in more than a year. The desire is natural, not forced. And to celebrate and augment my workout, I downloaded Jimi Hendrix's Valleys of Neptune album.

Today marks the 21st day off of meds and I feel better than I can recall feeling, in every way, than I have in years. I can't explain why the darkness came. And I can't explain why it is not here now. Likewise, I can take credit for neither the coming nor the going. To say I am humbled would be a rather significant understatement. The sun is shinning. I'm not going to ask why. I'm just going to raise my face to the warmth and enjoy the gift. Pardon me while I crank up a little Jimi. :-)

Hey Les, nice to see your profile pic stopping by. Hope all is good and well in the Siberian desert of neon and cacti. :-)

Everything's good and I can tell it is with you, as well! Working out for the pure joy of it. Imagine that. 'Scuse me while I kiss the sky.

Yes, all that is good. To come again, as dawn, as tide, as the woman who never really left while you were gone. I need an Erin hug. Got your passport in order? :-)

Beautiful photograph, you've captured more than the beginnings of spring.
To hear you describe current feelings is the greater gift within this post, lovely as the picture is, nothing beats seeing you happy.

That they do Jim. No doubt.

Roxana, I would like to dance with you. A slow dance in the rain, barefoot before clover full and weeping. Mwah!
