World Record

Birdwoman, LMAO, I had never looked at that pic of Roland quite in that way, but I guess you're right--the dude is cut and the dude is a World Record holder.

What is really studly, is he set the World Record 24 hours prior to that pic. Then, the next day (pic comes from this "breakage") he broke his won WR. So, 2 WRs in 24 hours. WOW.
