Love Endures

1000 years from now archeologists in search of ancient fossils captured in amber will make a startling discovery they can't explain. In their hands, a rather large hunk of amber, warm to the touch and rare beyond rare. My love, still intact, encased in the beauty of amber, never seen before, never to be discovered again. Nitey Nite my sweet ones.

  5. I had no doubt it would last for all eternity! Future eons may be saved solely by that discovery. ;)

    Good morning to you.
    The bus is waiting.

  7. "Soul of Amber"

Now that you let the cat out of the bag, I expect to see some lyrics missy. So, do we need some special code to signify when you are just smiling and when you are really smiling?

Morning Holly. Have you got that block of time set aside for our private tutoring session?

  12. Hey there. I haven't been able to stop by in a few days, been posting as and when I could over at Retarded Rugrat, but omg, I can't believe some of the images I've missed. Just wonderful tree, just wonderful.

  13. Dawn, you are very sweet to say such nice things. Don't be a stranger dear. :-)

  14. Hi Trée! Please, can you comment in my blog what I have to do to have a word of verification as in your blog - when somebody wants comments to my blog? Thx!

  15. Jar, will do. Word Verification is a feature within blogger. When you go to your main dashboard page, you will see the link to click on to turn it on. Good to see you again my friend.

  16. Tree - it's already on my blog. If you look at my profile you will see several blogs there. I'm sure you can guess which one it's in. But beware you may be extremely depressed once you start reading.

Oh, and what private tutoring session?? And what was that thing about the turtle. Are you saying you have six pack abs? If so, I demand a picture :-)

    ReplyDelete
  17. The turtle is for private showings only. Do you have a reservation dear? :-)

  18. I don't know...let me check with your wife :-)

  19. You know, she is very forgetful about those pesky little things. My guess is she will tell you she can't find it. :-)

I'll leave a key under the mat. Just let yourself in and I'll be with you in a moment.

  20. That is a nice image.

Can you make a series of images from different views and simulate rotation?

  21. Beard, I'm afraid my current skill-set lacks that ability. Would be cool to do and see. I'll plant that seed in the back of my mind. Never know what will take root.

  22. Good Attitude, Planting seeds I mean.

If technology keeps racing ahead at it's current rate the task is bound to get easier soon.

    ReplyDelete
  23. Beard, you're right about technology. Hard to imagine what kind of computers and software we will have in five years.

As far as planting seeds, I find my brain works best when I'm not at the helm. :-)

  24. K, just need directions.

  25. Take a right at the ice cream shop. When you get to the turtle just keep going south, you're almost there. Oh, and no worries, you'll know when you're there. :-)

  26. ya, cuz Mrs. Tree will be answering the doorbell....

  27. ding dong! anybody home?

    ReplyDelete
  28. Peeking out my window. Boy, that sure doesn't look like Holly.

    ReplyDelete
  29. Your directions suck!

  30. Lisa, I'm working on a javajazz portrait. Would you like to pose or should I just use my imagination?

If you could pick any colors, not that I'll use them, but if you could, what colors would you pick for yourself? Keep in mind, I probably will just use what I like

    ReplyDelete
  31. Holly, you are very, very warm. I like your attitude. Don't stop. :-)

  32. This is your Artwork? Do you do it with the pc?..Its very interesting..I like amber and light colors like that..Embers..

    Rhiannon

    ReplyDelete
  33. Rhi, yes this is my work. I do it on the PC, wow that sounds kinda kinky, sorry, I use a program called Apophysis to create these fractals. Glad you find them pleasing. :-)

    ReplyDelete
  34. Holly, he said just go south of the turtle...and then something about peeking out the "window"...
man, i've heard euphamisms in my day, but that one takes the cake...

oh oh, now Tree's gonna embarrass me and do a what, a portrait? (jeez, i'm in trouble now!) i would like to pose for you. (well, you offered...) and please choose whatever colours (colors) your senses guide you to choose...that'd be more fun to see...
in the meantime (or real darn soon) i'm gonna attempt to follow Holly's skewed directions as to how to post a profile photo of me on here...i finally added one to my msn thanks to my son's directions the other day, and so i can do it, i just know i can....

    ReplyDelete
  35. Well Lisa, let me play with your colors a little more until I feel satisfied I've got your colors where I want them. Right now, your colors are a little warm, but I'm working on getting them cooler, yet I think I have to get them hot before I can cool them down.

    ReplyDelete
  36. mmmm, i think i'm getting turned on...i mean, i dont want to be obtuse here, (whatever does that mean??) but let's just say it's been a while since i've had my colours played with...seems as though you've got the entire spectrum of colours and textures going...i LOVE colour...and i also dig that you cant decide whether to go warm or cool...i wont tell you my preferences until i see how you've interpreted all this info...and yes, i did cheat by giving you a visual to interfere with your imagination.

  37. It does have that amber glow doesn't it? Very nice.

  38. Thanks Jack. As soon as I saw your name in the comment sidebar, I looked back at the image and immeadiately the heart was gone and it was replaced with an alien head. ;-)

As always, thanks for the kind words.
