Simple, not Easy

When eating, eat. When sleeping, sleep.

  1. A friend said that to me too.
It sounds straight forward, but difficult to do.

  2. Saffron, I find it very difficult to do. Each morning I practice in the shower. My goal is just be in the shower, enjoy the warm water, the peace and quiet. Yet, each morning I find I've taken some planning into the shower with me, or I'm in an argument in the shower, or, well, you get the idea. Gets quite crowded in my showers--lol. Just the wrong kind of crowded ;-)

  3. Words of wisdom and titled so very appropriately.

Breathe. Do nothing but breathe and think nothing but breath.
Very very difficult. Very very healthy.

Sleep...that's a whole 'nuther ballgame though.

  4. LMAO. Breath will be a whole other posting :-)

Breathing is the most overlooked and underappreciated thing we do in life. Our life starts with a breath, ends with a breath, and forever inbetween we are tethered to life by the breath. A not so small miracle so seldom given even a passing thought for weeks if not months on end. How careless we treat our very lifeline.
