“Seven hours Em.”
“Any idea on when that Tear is gonna open?”
“Nope.”
“Anything we can do?”
“Nope.”
“Rog, talk to me please. Between the agent onboard our ship, Kieran in the iso ward and our inability to do anything about either, I’m stressed out of my mind.”
“Em, you ever get homesick?” Rog was a master at changing the subject when he didn't know what to to say.
“All the time Rog.”
“Tell me about home Em. Tell me about those magnificent voyages with your dad.”
“Sure you want to know?”
“Absolutely Em. Growing up on the southern reaches we didn’t see much of the ocean. Tell me about that sweet pea.”
“Okay. Imagine this . . .”

Commentary:
Looks like a magnificent fjord... I want to go! Can't wait to hear about these adventures.
ReplyDeleteDoes look very inviting doesn't it. :-)
ReplyDeleteWhat a sight that must have been for a young girl travelling with her dad. I got a feeling she could talk for hours about those trips.
Magnificent! I love the way you are integrating your 3D stuff into the story. A picture really is worth a thousand words.
ReplyDeleteThanks Jenni. I'm learning the hard way that sometimes less is more. Since I'm in love with the 3D stuff at the moment, expect to see more with the story. I do have some older Apo stuff we might see soon.
ReplyDeleteThanks again for the kind words. :-)

ReplyDeleteHey you, is this Vue, or Terragen??? DJB has gots to know. Good work, either way. Excuse the interuption here girls, Please. :P
ReplyDeleteDJB, this is Vue. I'll put up an audio post in a few minutes to explain how these mountains were made.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the kind words. Lovin' Vue the more and more I use it.

ReplyDeleteYes, can tell :-) and its lovely to see! Flawless re-awakening.
Well, with a comment like that it just doesn't get much better so I'm calling in my chips and heading to bed. Thank you darlin' for sending me to sweet slumber with such incredibly nice words. Hugs and kisses my dear sweetest of sweet ones. :-)
ReplyDeleteSuch sharp peaks! I like the topography.
ReplyDeleteThanks Chicky. :-)
