Trace, I did some snorkeling on Hyneria and thought you might appreciate some of the beautiful coral there. This one's for you.

  2. OMG Trée, its absolutely spectacular!!!!!!! the details, the colors and textures are just exquisite,I can just feel the roughness of the coral, I could spend hours running my fingers over each and every individual shell, this one would definitey take front and center in my ocean treasures collection.

I love it! It definitely puts me in the mood.....for my trip of course ;0) LOL

  5. O-M-G, this is gorgeous, spectacular, lovely, beautiful, magnificent, stupendous, dazzling, exquisite, stunning, resplendent and pulchritudinous.

Did I say I liked it?

    Trée, you've outdone yourself.

BTW, I also love the Javalina Crawler!

  6. Thanks stargazer. I'm playing around with some new software that allows me to create some neat 3D stuff. Steep learning curve on this one but hopefully much to be gained on the backend. Time will tell.

    "pulchritudinous" LMAO

Time to go see Mr Webster. :-)

  7. And what, Sunshine, is wrong with being silly? I think if more people practiced their silly walks the world would be a better place. Today, I will be silly. Until Aggie shows up, then it be time to get down to bidness. ;-)

  8. Hey, your preaching to the converted, I'm all for silly, a great advocate in fact :)
Admittedly, I don't have a silly walk, but I do Travolta - does that count?

  9. Absolutely amazing, just love the textures.

  10. DJB, when I look at this one I feel like I could reach out and touch it. Come to think of it, that probably explains all the finger prints on my monitor. :-D

As always, djb, your kind words are much appreciated. Glad to have you back online.

  11. Sunshine, I know you are a card-carrying member of the silly club. That's why I like you so much. My Silly Sunshine. The rays from silly sunshine are slightly different than normal sunshine. Instead of potential of sunburn, silly sunshine has the potential to induce unexplained smiles for absolutely no reason. :-D

  12. :-) lol, how sweet is that!

Hmm, been meaning to pick that bone with you too actually. I'm starting to get these fine laughter lines (shock, horror) and the blame lies in large part with you! ;)

  13. just back for another look,so stunning, I just want to hold it in my hand and explore all the textures :0) its on the desktop now so you will be going to florida with me next week LOL

and Autumn, laugh lines are a sign of a life well lived (I seem to be developing a few myself hanging out around here with y'all)

long live laughter and silliness, it would be such a dreary place without it :0)

  14. I know, was just kidding. "Wrinkles are where where smiles have been." Planning on having a very wrinkly face ;)

    "long live laughter and silliness"

  16. What 3d software are you using?? This one knocked my socks off!! It looks so real. Your work has risen to a whole new dimension!!!

  17. Jenni, it's xenodreams. I would like to take full credit for this shell but it's part of their tutorial program. I only changed the colors and played with the lighting. The program is the most complex one I've used to date and it's going to take some time to figure out how to really use the thing. I'd like to thank Oliviah for telling that this even existed. I'm looking forward to seeing what she produces using this package. Oliviah, hint, hint. :-)

By the way, the Crawlers were also done using this package.

  22. That is the grandest shell I've ever been privileged to see. I want one! I don't think Tracey will find any of those in Florida... that's for sure. Wow, I love it!

    ReplyDelete
  23. Thanks Terry. I don't think she will find one like this there either, unless she looks on her laptop. :-)

Thanks as always for your very kind words.

  29. Jack, it could be a 3D model of an alien brain. We are still trying to figure out why they wanted to take over the NYC mass transit system. :-)

I think Kyra is feeling neglected. Might need to spend some time with her. ;-)

    Missing you :)

  41. Hi Trace. Just been busy as can be of late. I've got C with me this week, which is great but it also means I can't spend as much time staring at my computer as I normally would. Work is just crazy right now. We can't take any vacation and deadlines are everywhere in filling positions across the country. Oh, and the shopping. Thanks for checking in on me. Much appreciated. :-)

  42. Chicky, I thought you might like this one. Hey, I might not be able to go to Tihiti, but I can go to some great places in my mind. ;-)

Thanks for your kind "wows". :-)

  43. Dariana, Merry Christmas to you too. Thanks for stopping by. :-)
