  2. Gorgeous! Abso-*-lutely!
Such warm, and yes, serene colours, love the touch of purple. That whiplash feeling all over again. :-)

  3. :-)

If your neck is hurting, Sweet Pea has volunteered to rub it for you. :-D

This was a "SP" and my first seascape. I wonder what is going through Zeke's mind on that beach. He might be thinking about an evac plan to Silus. But I'm just guessing. :-D

  4. May have to take sweet pea up on that, was a pretty serious impact.

    But I'm just guessing. :-D
Your guess is as good as mine. ;-D

  5. I think Silus is a dry moon, so that would be a problem. :-)

  6. And he walked on the sand feeling the feedback of the ground 'neath his feet and the sea breeze on his face and he knew . . . he was alive in a special place in the world and in his heart.

  16. Chicky, this is a "speed painting." Rules are, you start with a blank canvas and have one hour to do what you can do. The trend started with digital artists who had one hour for lunch and found the time constraint really improved their flow and creativity since it eliminated the internal editor and took any and all pressure off. I've seen some incredible works produced by guys just messing around with a SP. This is the second one I've tried. As always, thanks for your very kind words. :-)

  17. Soft as a dream...I love that. Looks like peace and serenity. I feel like saying "light and love" to you (triggered by another person's comment) but I will also add my usual:

    ~hugs and smoochies~

  21. Serenity in solitude ?

and the image fits the description perfectly, if i may say so
    and out of context:
would love to accompany him in silence...where words are not needed to communicate...[in the landscape of my mind]...

    (*_*)
    a regular anon
    and btw, nice technique:)

  22. Thanks Anon. Good to see you visiting. No words needed for this walk. The sound of the ocean is all.

Thanks for the kind words. Much appreciated. :-)

  23. I've missed so many beautiful pictures! Somehow I'm too excited happy right now for serenity but once I've mellowed my heart will be joining Zeke on the beach :)

  24. Bean, I think Zeke would like that very much. Do you like Paul Newman? That's who plays Zeke in the movie. :-D

  25. Paul Newman? Ok I'm struggling to get a mental image of him but I don't think I need one with your beautiful art. If you say Paul Newman, he must be wonderful!

  26. You'll have to google Paul. He's quite a handsome chap or so women tell me. :-)
