  4. The power of that image, intimidating, coupled with those powerful but compassionate words---it works. The words have more weight.

Listen with your heart. So hard to do when we fear being hurt. I like to think of letting go constantly, of fears, expectations, judgments, to help keep my heart open. The heart is always wise. We just don't let it listen and talk enough.

  5. Garnet, your wisdom is always welcomed here and much appreciated. I can't think of a thing I would add to what you just said. Have a great weekend my friend. :-)

  6. Thanks for all the great art. I enjoy the thoughtful quotes and the way they match the fractals.

  7. Beard, it's nice to know that others find some joy in these images. Each positive comment gives me the energy and desire to create more and perhaps bring a smile or spark a meaningful insight in a reader. Welcome to the blog and don't be a stranger.

  8. Looks rather impish...:-)

  9. Terry, the Merlin in the movies is not accurate. The real Merlin was quite the impish character. That's my story and I'm sticking to it. :-)

  12. :0) it is that, I love the Arthurian legend and that is my second favorite telling of it (Mists of Avalon is my first, the book not the movie, though the movie wasn't bad)

  13. I too love to get lost in Arthurian legend. This may be the weekend to do it again. :-)

Besides, now I need to here Merlin utter the words of this quote now--lol.

  15. Ok, I was going to say it was an alien pod :) but the more I like at this one I see a really scary deer with ice blue antlers and alien (pod) yellow eyes. Freaky...I wish I could do something like it.

  16. If I didn't have Merlin on my mind, your interpretation would fit quite well. Jack, play with the bilateral script, which is what I used to get the base on this one.
